D.C. with Cami and PJ

It's been a while since Cami and PJ visited us in D.C. (and I have to admit, the days are kind of blurred together) but I still have to share the pictures because it was SO MUCH FUN!

The first thing we did with Cami and PJ was take them to the Old Post Office Tower so that they could see the city from above. This is one of the views from the tower.

PJ and Cami took lots of pictures!

We also went to the American History Museum!
Randy enjoyed playing a game in the WWII section.

The first night that Cami and PJ were there we had a great dinner and then toured around the monuments. We did this late because it was so hot!

The next day, we visited the capitol.
A spiral staircase in the capitol! So pretty!

Randy and PJ being cool.

Here we are! I think this was actually the day after we went inside the capitol.

One day, we walked down to the air and space museum and played in the kid's learning center. It was pretty fun to watch a bunch of "grown up kids" (as Emily would say) play around in the kid's center.

PJ is flirting with his eyes in this picture.

The next day we visited China Town to send PJ off to Pennsylvania to visit Marcus and Jennie.

After we dropped PJ off, we headed to Eastern Market (on Capitol Hill) to look around and eat some "blue bucks" (blueberry pancakes).

Later on, we went to the National Archives to check out the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, Bill of Rights, and other documents.
Cami and Randy.

We had so much fun with Cami and PJ! Thanks for coming to visit us!
